By accepting these terms and conditions, you authorise Money Mover to do the following:

1. Transfer regulatory responsibility from Money Mover to Currencycloud
2. Provide Currencycloud with the information required to onboard (set up) your account on the service
3. Migrate relevant data (such as recipient information) to Currencycloud in order to facilitate the use of the service
